So I ordered the basic white mug, stickers and the key chain. All are solid quality, although the printing on the mug was blurred in one part. However, I've no doubt if I brought this up, I'd get a replacement.
The mug is GOOD quality -- unlike the lovely but very breakable CafePress one I had for 4 days 4 years ago. :huh I barely tapped it and it shattered. Also very machine washable.
The keychain is a nice stiff plastic that seems like it'd be danged hard to break. to crop images for it, I'd advise using a very UNcropped image, then crop it down for the keychain size. Probably same advise for all the products.
Stickers!!!! nice matte paper, not very 'paper' like, but semi plastic coated. Water won't ruin this fast.
Color wise, I can't advise -- I used my logo (usericon here) since I could then use them for business needs. Photos of each follow:
