I took some photos the other day of some flower stamens so I thought I might put them up together as a set.

Hi Steve.... wow the first one looks like a weird flower at that closeness.
I like the softness of the last shot, gives the appearance of pompom balls,
nice work Steve .... Skippy
.
Steve, nice series. I find the small structures of flowers fascinating so these
are right up my alley. The combination of colors and textures in #1 is my
favorite.
Thanks skip,
That flower might have been a hibiscus or similar... (maybe??)
yeah, the pompoms on the end look very cute..
Thanks geoff,
I nearly always use f/11, and 1/180 or /1200(ish) and iso200..
Plus the offboard elcheapo flash..
and i change the fec(flash exposure compensation) depending on brightness of subject..
Thanks tim,
I like flower structure too, the colours are wonderful and they are so artistic looking..
Thanks all for looking and commenting..
very much appreciated..
cheers,
steve
