More control over user controlled style pull down

Can I control it's location? I'd like it to lign up with the search menu I include in the header and can't figure out how?

Someone else just asked this the other day, the simple answer is "No - not at this point in time." But hopefully soon you will be able to, I am finishing up some new templates that have IDs and classes all over the place.
