Daily Photo blogging workflow

I don't know if this is the right forum or not.

I've been trying to put together a "daily photo" blog. But it hasn't been working very well. I need a better workflow. In particular, I need a better way to prep and stage blog entries for upcoming days so I can blog a new photo every day even on days when I'm really busy with current photography work. I'd love to hear from those who have daily photo blogs how they manage this problem.
