Slide show trouble...file sizes?

Some of my viewers have recently commented about the slide show option freezing up on them. I've asked for details and can't determine where the problem lies though I was wondering if my file sizes are causing the issue.
It seems to be more of a problem in my sports galleries where I tend to lean towards larger files.

Any opinions?

Thanks

    Andy,

I appreciate what you are asking for but my original question wasn't answered.

Can slide shows be affected by file size when someone selects that option? I would think so and am merely asking your opinion.

If a customer emails or calls me with trouble it wouldn't be very professional of me to say "here, email these guys, maybe they can help". I wouldn't want to be blown off like that anyway. Though you guys do all the work, making things work, a customer sees it as "my" site.

Don't get me wrong please, I love SmugMug...

    Thanks,

    Carden

Should not affect it at all.
The problem is likely at the client's end and we can help diagnose it if you'd like us to.
