Well, I promised myself to give the 35-70mm f/3.3-4.5 (old F501/N2002) kit lens a try with a 12mm Kenko extension tube, and today I did so.
Quite a nice little lens for closeup work like this. Snappy A/F even with the tube attached.
C&C is pretty fine if anyone still has the strength for that.

#1 - the March of Time
ISO1600, no noise adjustment applied.
#2 - Strapped
#3 - Vanish
#4 - Bronze Fields
#5 - Bounce Effect (from the stem of the flower kicking in at left of frame, into flower - at least, that's the way I saw it
There still be some life in them old lenses yet - HA!

I like the variety of colors in those.
I'm another user and fan of old lenses they can produce some great results!
