one more this is the sea gull of yosemite steal anything and even will chase a coyote [ref. Ed Hughes shots]
Uh-oh, yer gonna have Michiel chasing you. On Thursday he went after ravens when the GG bridge was vainly issuing its siren call. I think he'll covet this one!

Excellent Jeff. A tough exposure that you handled well and very interesting comp.

thanks Harry my heart is in nature and wildlife thanks and you are right the robin is not good I was so tired and wanted that shot so bad it looked good last night but not today :cry
I was hoping someone would get one of these guys, but the lighting on that raven/crow is incredible. Good job!
Dee thank you for stopping by with the pace we never talked I am sorry about that glad you like the raven -- love your shots like you said simple very good eye
I like the "steelness" on its wing.
I would add a more black to the raven itself though. It might be a great exercise for CMYK or LAB editing.
Wating for more:-)
Cheers!
Nik thank you for the comment it is not the one we looked at i like it and will post that one some day but this i really did like I will sent you Pm have a ?? or 2

I love the one from Yosemite: I mean one takes what one can get. And jwear did a fantastic job with that one!
I will throw a crow or two your way:D periodically.
I am going to wait til an appropriat time and bump my own photos up from last/all night.
That is one good crow shot, with good post, or good work with a good lens.
