Once a year the National Park Service allows legal base jumps from the New River Bridge in WV.
The 3rd Saturday in October, the colors are usually very nice.

These people are CRAZY! of course,I'm terrified of heights so my opinion doesn't really count.

I do like your shots. Were you perched on a strut of the bridge or what? it looks like you're right with them.

This year I had a press pass and it made it very interesting.

I was in a basket on the end of a boom crane over the side of the bridge for a while. Makes for a better perspective angle of the whole event.
