Directory Tree in Title

Does anyone know how to change the directory tree in the title that shows above the gallery part. The part that allows you to click back a level. Id like to change mine because I cant get back to the page which shows all of the categories. It only goes back to the homepage

Ah this looks like what IO need. i did do a lot of searching but obviosuly not well. Thanks for the info. Much appreciated
