I've recently started the new adventure of concert photography. Currently, since I'm new at this I thought a good place to start would be local shows with some of the bands I love. This particular shot is of Tony Dekker from a band called Great Lake Swimmers. I decided to PP it in CS3 and like the way it came out in b & w so that is what I went with. Any critique on the photo would be welcomed (composition, style etc.). Thanks very much...

That's pretty dang nice for your first try. thumb.gif

I like the B&W conversion. Good contrast and tones.
    More Photography . . . Less Photoshop [. . . except when I do it]

This is a really nice shot, and a first try??? gosh you should have a big smile on your face about how this one turned out for sure clap.gif

Looks real good, I have only ever snapped a shot of a live concert at Disneyland a couple of years ago, other than that, I've never really tried anything else.

Well Done you should be really pleased with this one clap.gif .... Skippy :D
