My first challenge shot?

I shot this today while waiting for a client in San Diego. Any thoughts or critique? It's my first attempt at B&W with a bit of one color.

Also...is there any way to save my exif data for a photo when it's been processed through PS (CS)? It seemed to wipe all of it when I ran it through PS.

Shot 5-9-2005 w/Canon 10D 19-35mm lens
ISO 100 f/3.5 1/125

That's the one. I was riding up the escalator and thought it would be a cool one. I was thinking maybe someting like "One Axis" or something....

I like it! Have you tried cropping off the right side at all? That pillar is a little distracting to my eye. Might work, might not! :):

How are you saving your JPEG's? If you "Save for Web" then PS will strip the EXIF. If you "Save As..." it should preserve it.
