I have a photo for the testimonial page and for some reason it is giving viewers the choice of preferred size when I have chosen no bigger than the large size when I customized the album.

If you double click on it it shows people the original as a a preferred choice why?

Hi, let's have a look. Your site, and a direct link to the testimonials page? ear.gif

If I understand what he's saying, this happens all the time in any gallery. Go to any gallery that lets you set the viewing style. Select traditional. Click on one of the thumbs. Below the photo it will have this:

Which offers the "Original" size as a preferred size even though the gallery doesn't offer viewing rights to that size. It won't actually display the original size in this gallery, but it is quite confusing to both site owner and viewer. My guess is that it has probably always been this way. In my opinion, it's of little use and much potential confusion to ever let someone set "original" as their preferred viewing size since originals rarely fit on screen. It would be much more valuable to offer XL, XL2 and XL3 and get rid of original and to filter out the ones that aren't allowed in this gallery.

Dunno, I don't want to speculate. Thanks for the post and suggestion!

Yes, but it doesn't show that way on other galleries and I just didn't want that shown as an option.
