Photoshop files

Does anyone have a clue as to why when I open and adjust files in CS3 and then save them as jpgs that they will not upload to my smug pro account.

It must be something simple. I cant even open or recognize those same files when I try to print them at a local printer.

Usually that's because they aren't actually JPEG images (even though they might have a jpg file extension). Can you tell us exactly what steps you follow in CS3 to save them as JPEGs?

sure.....open raw file.
adjust exposure,sharpness,etc.
then "save as" jpg after I select "jpg" fron drop down list in CS3

I have tried "simple" and "old faithful".

OK and can you describe exactly what's happening, step by step? I uploaded it with the simple uploader.

it will begin to upload and usually at 39kb it will stop uploading.......the files load fine when I use NX Capture.....anytime I use CS3 I have trouble.

also if I convert the file to a .png in CS3 it will upload....... I tried .tiff and the uploader doesnt recognize tiffs so I assume smug doesnt allow tiffs.
