Customise Gallery? Help!

I see that the layout of the tools, upload photos etc have changed. 2 questions:

1) How do I upload a photo from within a gallery? It appears that I can upload from my home page only.
2) How do I customise a gallery? I can see no way of doing this. I would like to turn off/on right click protection for one gallery only but can see no way of getting to the individual gallery customise page.

Please help!!!

Use the Tools button (drop-down) to customize the gallery or to go to your control panel. And use the Add photo button (drop-down) to upload photos.

Both buttons are now above the photos in your galleries.

Thanks for the response, unfortunately there is no Tools button showing on any of my galleries so I am a bit stuck

If any of the SM guys are able to take a look my site is http://shimmerimages.smugmug.com/

Could it be a conflict with some of the CSS on my site??
