Pool/Park Competition

Shot these today at our local skatepark. There were pros there like Duane Peters and Steve Caballero. Damn good competition if I dont say so myself.

These are pretty good. You missed the focus on a lot of them though. The camera focused on the background. I'd remove those and only feature the ones with proper focus.

Agree with the other poster - a mix of pretty good and OOF shots here. I would also recommend keeping the number of posted shots to <10. You can always put a link in to the whole gallery for those people who want to see more.

Fun stuff!!

Two things I noticed.

1) Everybody and his brother really does have a DSLR and most know to carry a flash on it.

2) The handheld flash on a cord to punch in some fill is quite popular. I'm surprised the skaters don't complain and moan.

u mean complain and moan because the cord gets in the way?

No, I'd assume he means complain about a strobe going off in their face, which can potentially be distracting.
