I bought the 20D used last year, not sure how many clicks on it. It's clean and has only some minor screen scratches. Never malfunctioned or gave me any trouble.
Comes with two Canon batteries, charger, booklets, and original packaging.
Also a 17-85 IS USM with hood. Bought new in January, also has original packaging.
I'll throw in a 2GB CF card if you need or want it.

Here's a close-up of the screen. I took it in such a way as to maximize the view of the scratches. They are very hard to see with the naked eye.
Here's one of the screen showing a picture. You can't see the scratches at all if the display is on.
