Cart Issue - No Products on Certain Computers

Here's the issue.

I uploaded a punch of proof shots for a client. I checked that my proofs were big enough so that all of the print options were available at check-out. I checked using the client view and the prints were all available to order in the cart and so I notified the client that their photos where ready for review.

The client emails and tells me that she can't do anything after she clicks on the buy button. I check again, see the list of products and send her more detailed instructions. She emails again and still can't "checkout".

For the second call, I happen to be at work. I check the gallery again and I see the same thing that she sees. When I clicked "Buy", there were no products listed in the checkout box.

Now I think, I must be seeing things. When I get home, I get ready to re-upload higher quality proof prints. But just for the heck of it, I check the gallery (I logout just so that I can be sure I'm seeing exactly as a client would). Sure enough, from here at home, I can see prints available in the checkout box.

OK - so, at work, I use IE and at home I use FF. So, I checked the site with IE here at home. I still see products available to order.

So - when I'm at work (Dell Laptop/IE), I don't see any products available to purchase when I click "Buy" and the checkout box opens. When I'm at home (Dell Laptop/FF or IE), I do see products available.

I searched the forums and did not find this issue discussed. Does anyone have any ideas what might be going wrong? This lady really wants to order some photos of her cat!!

Here's a link to the gallery. The password to view is "cheetos".

Thanks!

    Hi,

Generally, problems with the cart are cookie related. Can you clear your cookies and cache and see if that fixes your problem. For IE 6:

To clear your cache in IE6, click on "Tools" and select the "Internet Options..." That will open up a new window. Select the "General" tab. You'll see a Delete Files in the middle of the window. Internet Explorer calls Cache: "Temporary Internet Files". Just click on the "Delete Files" button.

To clear your cache in Internet Explorer 7, click on "Tools". It's in the top right corner of the browser. Then select "Internet Options". That's going to open a new window with some options. Make sure that the "General" tab is selected. Then click on "Delete..." under the Browsing History section. That will bring up another window. Locate the "Delete Files..." button and click on that.

Please let me know if this doesn't work.
