FEDEX bent my print

Hey guys,

I e-mailed over 48 hours ago and no response. Wednesday afternoon, FEDEX rang by door bell with a print delivery. When I opened the door, the delivery guy was gone, but my print order was sitting there. The outside envelope's corners were crumpled and torn. The 8x10 inside was bent. All other photos were fine, thank goodness. So can I get credited back for the 8x10?

I'm sorry I scoured our email system and found no email from you, maybe you sent it from another address? The last email is from December 2007.

Thanks, Andy. I checked my sent mail, and it evidently didn't go through. I should've checked that sooner. You guys are awesome. (FEDEX, maybe not so much)

No problem at all and thanks for that info. I've asked our print lab to resend the 8x10 to you, at no charge of course. Sorry about the rough handling and I hope this time it's gentler.

I'm concerned about the 48 hour bit.. I wasn't able to find an email from you, at least from the email address on the order. Does this resolve it completely?
