I suppose it happens. I was there for a week a number of years ago and never saw weather like this! Never saw the tops of the mountains in fact. Wonderful images. Makes me want to go back.

Excellent once again Phil and I am so familiar with all those locations. Did you see the caves on Loughrigg Fell. From those shots I think you have been lucky with the light and well done.

yes Bob did have long wait for the light, it was freezing that high up also! biggest cave now closed due to rock fall.
