Trick question. Do you mean is this a good price for this product, or is $19.95 a good price for a monopod period? You can surf the net to find the answer to the first question; the answer to the second depends on what your intended use of the monopod is -- how much weight you need to support in particular. You know your gear, so check it against the spec for this particular pod; you should be able to find the specs on a tab on that same B&H page.
