Fly Plus An ID

Any ideas on what this is please. A gnat or crane fly perhaps.

These were taken using my new MR-14EX, so please let me know what you think and thanks for looking.

    LOvely captures,
    #3 is a chironomid midge (they don't bite)
    Lighting is good but perhaps a bit flat in #3.
    Never used a macro light but with this type think you are supposed to get better results putting the power ratio to 4:1 or higher to get some shadowing.

    Thanks for the Id and comments Brian. You're right, I read that in the manual just a couple of minutes ago. I'll change the setting for next time I go out and see what I come up with.
