well the problem is actually buying anything.

I took some pictures of a friends paintball practice and got the photos up on the site. Im fairly new to smugmug and thought i had everything correct. One of the kids came up to me today saying they tried to buy some photos and it came up with an error code. I tried to buy from a friends computer just now and it works on FF, but in IE the buy button on the gallery page does not work. if you view the photo by itself and go through the cart button there you can get to the screen to select what you want to buy.

anyone have any advice?

Have them write our help desk, we can help them directly. They likely have javascript off or some other blocking.

Im still having problems... I cant find a pattern with why it wont work. on some computers with IE, even with differnt versions of IE, I cant click this photo in the buy drop down menu... every time i click it just turns the cursor into like a cross hair symbol for the click and nothing happens... but if i go through and click the photo and go through the shopping cart button it works... any ideas?
