How to delete a duplicate image

I am sure it must be posted in 82 different spots -- in both smugmug.com and dgrin.com, but i can't find it. I inadvertently uploaded duplicates images == how can I delete the second image?

How do I add my keywords to the images? And geodata?

Should I add a watermark, translucent or transparent? If so, is it possible to apply after uploading?

thank you for your quick response, i knew the information had to be readily available, but just couldn't locate it. and there is it -- in an obvious place -- in an easy to read and understand format with screen shots. Thanks again.
