Watermark not appearing

I added a new gallery (FEATURED GALLERY - Hummingbirds) to my home page (beautyofnaturephotography.com) and have tried several times to watermark the images. I get the "rain" screen indicating the watermarks are being applied, but the watermarks haven't appeared.
Until I can get the watermarks to take, I have made the gallery unlisted.

Why aren't the watermarks showing up?

Give it some time after applying the watermark and don't try to re-apply it if it doesn't show within a couple of minutes. There are many thousand watermarks queued up, along with lots of other things at the moment. If your watermark still doesn't show within an hour, use the watermarking tool to remove any watermark currently associated with the photos that don't have a watermark yet. Then re-apply it after half an hour and wait for it to show.

Let us know if that doesn't help.

I just checked, and two of 12 have watermarks now. I hadn't seen it take this long for the watermarks to at least start to show up before. Now that I know it is just a traffic jam, I'll hide and watch (but the galley stays unlisted until the system catches up). If they don't all show up in another hour or so, I'll go with your "remove and re-apply" advice.

sorry to bring up an old thread, but what watermarking tool are you talking about?

Ive been having trouble with watermarks... didnt realize that they go on a wait list kinda deal. i made the mistake of trying to re apply a different watermark.

Ive gotten all the other to work by resetting everything to default then going back and re-watermarking everything.
