The XML-RPC: Uploading via Post, http://www.smugmug.com/hack/xmlrpc-post, points the the documentation for "the upload method" at http://www.smugmug.com/hack/xmlrpc-upload, which seems to be an empty page. I think it should point at http://www.smugmug.com/hack/method-smugmug.images.upload instead.
The Upload via Post page also describes an optional "version" parameter and says it is described with the upload method. It is not.
