and the enlarger is it capable of doing color with a filter? and would the kit it comes with provide everything i need for a darkroom? and is the enlarger a good beginner enlarger?

While you "might" be able to add filtration to do entry level color, you would still need a large tub or cooler, preferably with temperature control, and more storage bottles with a color processing drum for each paper size.
I do not recommend color processing until you have considerable experience with B&W processing and then I suggest an enlarger with a dichroic color head for color work or variable contrast B&W work.
A dedicated darkroom is really nice and a dedicated darkroom sink is very nice if you do much volume.

what do you mean by that? and so you think for a beginner like me it is a good deal, for their first dark room?
Make sure you at least visit someone with a dedicated darkroom and sink. If you work out of a bathroom, it's generally a pain. That will only work if you have a "spare" bathroom and can control both access and light leaks into the room.

It is a beginner kit for a B&W darkroom. If you intend to use it for much quantity or quality work you would rapidly find it somewhat limiting.
