While a photographic collage may not be everybodies cup of tea least of all one that does all the work for you, I came across this software earlier, it is newly released (I beleive). I have not tried it so don't know how good it is. There is a free 30 day download trial and the cost is £19.95 ($19.95) if you want it.
You need Windows Vista or Windows XP SP3 to run it it, you can download it from here
