Just wanted to give a shout out to Wendee at SmugMug Support. What a great place.

I had a photo shipped to an address in an apartment complex. The person said they never received it. I know it isn't any fault of SmugMugs, but I emailed support to see about getting a replacement sent to my address.

Wendee was super helpfull and promptly had a replacement sent to me... at no charge.

Well, then the person found the original picture... it was in the apartment compex office the whole time.

I emailed Wendee back to let her know and to let her know that she could charge me for the replacement. She said, no worries... the photo is already on the way.

It's service like this that will keep me at SmugMug for years to come. :clap
