Hi,
I'd like to create a "Best of ..." gallery containing images that are already uploaded to other galleries. Is it possible to copy images into other galleries rather than upload again,

Thanks in advance

John

I would be interested in the same thing, but for different reason. I would like to create english and czech gallery with the same set of photographs. Uploading all photos twice would we waste of yours space, so this is something I don't want to do.

PS. I know there are some bi-lingual hacks, I just think that ability to link photos would be a bit more convenient to me.

At any rate, thank you for smugmug

That's a two-step process. You would need to use the tools menu in your gallery to make a copy, then move the copy to another gallery.

You could also upload the photo a second time.

Smug doesn't place any limits on the storage that we use for our photos.

That would physically store the image twice AFAIK. Storage is unlimited to us, but not to smugmug, so I'm trying to be conservative.

But yes, it is an option.

    Thank you

Did you see the "Unlimited storage" point on this page - http://www.smugmug.com/price/?

I'm a bit surprised at your concern over the space you are using when smugmug has stated that storage is unlimited.

    Hi,
thanks for the tips - I will try the Tools option. (Space isn't an issue for me but the upload time is a bit of an issue)

    Thanks again,
    /John
