MS Outlook/iPhone question

I have my iPhone synced to my desktop home PC. Using MS Outlook 2007 I have my personal contacts and calendar appointments on the iPhone. Simple enough. I want to do the same thing at work. There are few problems.
1. With out a hack, you cannot sync the iPhone on two different PCs.
2. Cannot install any software onto work PC.
3. Work will not sync my personal phone using MS Exchange.
Is there a way to export my MS Outlook 2003 calendar appointments so I can add them to my home PC?

Since work will not allow you to connect your iPhone to MS Exchange, your only option would be to do regular exports of a .pst file containting everything you wanted from your work computer's MS Outlook (File > Import and Export...), then take that file home and then import it into your home computer's MS Outlook.

While many e-mail accounts can be setup, the iPhone does allow only one 'source' for calendars and contacts. When you are in iTunes with the iPhone attached, you can choose where it comes from.
I'm not sure how IT savvy you are, but if work is running IMAP on their Exchange server, you can just set it up yourself on the iPhone. That said, they could actively block you doing it, or if no IMAP, it is harder. It is kind of hard to say without more info re: your Exchange and network environment.
What is the Outlook 2007 on your home PC attached to? Do you have a personal mail account? If so, does that ISP only provide POP3 mail, or can you get IMAP?
Also, technical issues aside, you may be in violation of a company policy re: network access or an HR issue. So beware - it is not worth putting your job at risk.
