Make bio pic smaller

Hi,
I'm just starting to learn smug mug and don't know anything, repeat, anything at all about HTML. I'd like it if the largest photo on my home page were not my bio photo. It could be the same size as my galleries pics or somewhat smaller, but now it's the largest image there. How do I shrink myself?
