no uploader works

I can't get the "send to smugMug" to work. It counts through all 265 pictures then sends Zero images.

The Java applet always crashes after about 10 images with firefox or ie

The Smuggler thing gets stuck after it "processes" 260 of 265 of flickr images.

I've tried everything for 2 days. I'm losing sales and confidence.
