question about designing custom holiday cards

hello everyone,
my name is michael moronko and this is my first post. i have a question re: designing a custom 5x7 folding card. i need the card to have one panoramic photo on the outside and three vertical photos and spece for text on the inside. the card formats provided by smugmug, while very nice, don't quite offer exactly what i need for my client (my first client EVER). i am new to photoshop (i have cs3) and hope someone has an easy solution to my problem. any help would be greatly appreciated!
