First ever model shoot - c & c

Hi there. I went to a photo workshop last week-end and it was my first opportunity to work with a couple of models. Any comments gratefully accepted. It was a dark and dismal day outside so everything was shot within the hotel with dreadful ambient lighting and no studio lighting available.

    Ooh - are they so awful comments are being avoided? My point in posting these is to learn to do better so any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

    I think you did well given the lighting situation. #2 is my favorite. The lighting looks nice on the model, eyes are sparkly, background is not bad. There's some depth in the lighting. Background would have been better without the partial picture frame behind her head, but I like how you captured the lights on the tree.
