Took a hike on Monday 11-17. Well ended up a little longer than planned about 7hrs. Getting down to the base of the falls was basically sliding down on your butt and crawling back up to the trail which was covered with wet rocks, exposed wet tree roots and small waterfalls crossing the trail. But had an awesome time.

Thanks guys for all the comments I was hesitant about posting these as there is some awesome awesome talent in this group and I can't begin to hold a finger to.
If I only had 1% of the talent that Marc has I would be a happy camper.

    Nice series of shots.

#3 is very nice, but the water is a bit hot on the left set of falls.

I like #6 the best for the composition, and great forground interest to attract the viewer's eye. Nicely done!

I must have missed this the first time around, but those are great photos, really feel like you're in the falls. Lots of good details on the rocks too.

Are you going to let us know what trail these were on? mwink.gif

Sure Ron this was shot at the Boulder River Trail between Arlington and Darrington off the 530 if you want specific directions just let me know. The road to the trail head is pretty bad even in good weather 2.5 miles full of potholes I imagine with the snow it is not even passable right now.
