What do they belong to?

This is a little left of centre, but does anybody have any ideas on what these eggs may belong to? If indeed they are eggs.
They (10 in total) were found attached to my daughter's tshirt which was left on the line for 2 days.
They are very hard to the touch and no bigger than 1.2mm across.




Any suggestions would be great

Those look like some kind of weird metal barrels. I think they belong to a shield bug. Not sure, but the ones I have seen look similar.
