Looks to me like the barber wants to make it clear when he's off!!!

Stacked crates holding up the AC...wheelchair ramp behind the chair...etc...all make for an interesting shot.

Thanks Skippy. Yes, this is the front yard of a house a few miles outside of Tombstone AZ.
