unwanted custom gallery changes

I changed some custom gallery options and got an unwanted change of theme. It says Black & White (originally had a grey background like homepage) but now the background color changed to black. It's on all the galleries I changed, here's one:

Now 2 galleries changed the largest size option from Extra Large, as I had set it, to Large, as I did not.

You probably turned on Hide Owner. That features makes your galleries all look generic and disables all your customization (including theme). Turn Hide Owner off.

Thanks a lot. Only trouble now is in 2 galleries, Extra Large is enabled but it still shows only Large as biggest size option.

Did you regenerate the sizes? If you change the gallery setting from large to extra large, that covers new photos added to the gallery.

For existing photos, after you change the size setting for the gallery, click Tools, More, Make SmugMungous sizes. That will generate the larger sizes to match the change you just made to your gallery properties.

Hi Denise,
Thanks for responding. Not sure what you mean by "regenerate," but I made some changes to customize all the galleries and only these two reverted to Large instead of Extra Large as biggest size option. but still no change back to Extra Large.
