    are you in the desert..?

    are you using twin lights. ?
    If so , I can see the reflections in the scorpion's eyes..

    These wre taken in Kings Park in the heart of Perth.
    In terms of lighting I am using a flash ring and yes thats what you are seeing in the Scorpion's eyes.

    WOW! That scorpion has such an interesting face. I've never seen a shot of one like that before.

    And the spider is fantastic. Those glistening eyes all in a row give me goosebumps:giggle Glad we don't get those guys over here in NSW.

    Brian, I get the point (sorry about the pun, its been a long day) about the stinger, its just that I was so taken with this creatures good looks I totally neglected the other end.

    Is the scorpion small or big, I know they come in all kinds of sizes.
    They are quite an interesting bug in structure and to actually watch.

    That moth has really cool camouflage, if you didn't see the eyes,
    you'd never know it was there.

    The spider is my favourite, talk about hairy legs rolleyes1.gif
    You captured him in a nice position too.

    So the little tree hopper has a fungus problem, does this kill them?
    or is it something that just annoys the heck out them?
