    I like the overall feel for this shot but my eye jumps to the bright area in the upper left with the sunset. There isn't enough contrast/brightness in the foreground to hold my interest but I have a feeling that is what you were trying to capture. Maybe a slight exposure/contrast tweak for the dock may help bring some emphasis.
