This gallery won't arrange correctly

I've used several different options to arrange my various galleries and it always works how I want it to.

It's not letting me move the portrait version of the pic of me holding the cake, I'd like that one to be the last one in that gallery, the beach sunset one should be the middle one and the spinning self portrait the first.
Any ideas?
EDIT: It's working now, but I swear for 30 minutes or so it would not arrange using any of the methods.... :scratch

Cool, I think it might be related to whenever I'm uploading to that gallery.
I've noticed it happening on a few others, if I go ahead and try to arrange that gallery while pics are uploading to it in another window it doesn't seem to work (using any of the arrange features, sort by title, etc.).
