What am I missing?

I was just about to post an entry in the latest challenge and went to the exif and clicked on "Photo Information" to get the URL. I noticed an instruction to click on the URL "below" to link to the information. But the URL "below" is for my home page not for the exif, or even for the gallery or picture within the gallery that I plan to enter.
This is definitely not a serious issue since using the URL for the link itself works, but I'm wondering what I am missing here.
