Lightroom and SmugMug

Up until a few weeks ago I was a PC guy with a Bridge / Photoshop CS3 based workflow. I've switched to Mac (love it!) and Lightroom 2 (love it, but don't know my way around it that well yet) and Photoshop CS4 (love it!). I know I will eventually be much more productive and happier with this setup. I am truly missing the plug in that was in Bridge under TOOLS>PHOTOSHOP SERVICES>ONLINE PORTFOLIOS AND GALLERIES>PUBLISH PHOTOS WITH SMUGMUG.
Is there a Lightroom 2 equivalent?
And well we all have our thinking caps on, is there a truly great way to sharpen from within Lightroom 2? On the RAW file? Just before JPG creation and SmugMug upload?
Thank you all in advance.

Thank you. I've installed that Plugin now, and it seems to do the trick.

For straight RAW work I find the LR sharpening tools very easy and effective. First play with Clarity; then Sharpening suboptions. Hold down the Option/Alt key @100% and it will help. There are a few good video tutorials online that cover LR sharpening. I rarely flip into PS for that aspect.

I also recently switched to MAC (and love it). I have Photoshop Elements 6. On my PC version there was a direct upload to Smugmug, but on my MAC version that doesn't exist. Is there a plugin for elements too?
