exprints don't match the screen

I have a customer that ordered pictures off my website. He contacted me and indicated that they do not match the screen. I asked him to send me the pictures he recieved from EZprints and they indeed do not match.

My system is calibrated using monaco hardware. I have downloaded the ezprints profile and have done a soft proof in PSCS. When I softproof the image on screen becomes lighter then the origional sRGB image on screen. But the ezprints pictures are darker when they are actually printed.

Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
