Top Keywords Function is Broken

I've configured my smugmug website, www.milandfamily.com, with a page dedicated just for searching images by keyword or timeline, but it's only partially functional. If I'm logged in I'm able to see the "Top 100" keywords, just as I configured it to do. But if I'm not logged in it only shows a handful of keywords. Clicking on the "Keywords" link causes it to show more links, but still not all of them. Also, when I move my cursor over any of the keywords the flyover popup does not accurately reveal the number of images with that associated keyword; for instance, instead of "12" it will only show "3". What am I doing wrong here?

Are the galleries unlisted or password-protected?

According to this help page - http://www.smugmug.com/help/keywords-tags - "Only you, as the account owner, will be able to search for any keywords from unlisted or password-protected galleries."
