Problems with Smugmug help system

I would like to "again" express my frustration with the Smugmug help pages. The format that you are using with collapsed text makes it impossible to use search to find anything (either Smugmug help search of Google search). Search takes you to a page with 50 collapse items on it and there's no way to figure out which item on the page is responsible for the search hit.
Here's an example. Another Smugmug customer is asking if there's any documentation for onPhotoShow.subscribe(). I do a search for it with Google and with Smugmug. Both take me to http://www.smugmug.com/help/customize-faq, but I can't find which item on that page has anything to do with onPhotoShow.subscribe() because all the items are collapsed so there's no way to use the browser to search for it on the page.
This is a really poor format for letting people find things with search. At least if there was an expand all link, I could expand all and then use the browser search. IMO, this is a case where a cute "look" for the pages is seriously interfering with their usefulness.
A second frustration with the help pages and FAQ pages (all the ones that use the expando format) is that there's no straightforward way to link to the actual item you want to refer someone to which should be an important feature of online help files. Instead, you have to link to the page and then add words that refer to a number and then the viewer has to scroll to that number and expand it.
