a weekend at Bosque

Long time, no post :) Spending the thanksgiving weekend at Bosque del apache NWR, one more day to go. It's my 4th season here !
at present, there are about 37,000 snow geese and 4700 sandhill cranes here. Some pics so far..

thanks for looking ! all comments and suggestions are wlecome ! all shot with Nikon D300, lenses - mostly 300 f4 + 1.4 or 1.7 TC; some with 70-200mm VR, or 200-400 VR.

    Outstanding captures with the kestrel being my favorite. clap.gif I'm going to Bosque for the first time on 12/7 and your images have whetted my appetite.

    Great images Vandana. My favorite is the kestrel too. You achieved some great composition in that pic. The first snow goose in flight and the last sandie are quite good too!
