Great pose; my only quibble is that, at least on the internet, that death's head tat near her solar plexus sorta jumps out as if in 3D; maybe you could tone that down a tad in Photoshop.

I kinda saw the death's head and the model looking at each other.
Awesome photo, the pose and light are magnificent, love the shadows and how they are presented... the B&W conversion is nice too, maybe just a little more contrast in my opinion, but the again I love contrasty B&W's.
The background is really not all that nice, but not something that really bothers me. I can live with it...
Her tattoo's are great, I really don't know what a solar plexus is but I like the way the are portrayed... non appear 3 D on my monitor...
I personally like it all....the pose, the shadows, the conversion, and the background! In difference to some of the other comments, I think the background makes her skin look that much smoother.
Her center tat does jump out a bit on my monitor too...looks really contrasty compared to the other two just to each side. I'm not saying change it. To me it doesn't detract (what? she has tatoos?).
I agree about the rough background really offsetting her smooth skin. I also like the not so high contrast of this shot- again, makes it feel smoother.
FYI, the background is a concrete wall and, in my opinion, contrasts with her skin much like the ink contrasts with her skin. Beauty and anti-beauty are in a tug of war in this shot and that's just how it was in real life. Personally, I like how unsettled this shot is.

geesh! I didn't even notice a background until you mentioned it!:D
And I see no tat on her solar plexus
The pose, model and artwork there-in are all represented well here!
cheers, tom

Any chance you'd post a color version of it?
