canvas and proof delay

I just had a total stranger order a photo of mine on canvas, which was a pleasant surprise. I'm trying to determine the best/most accurate way of replacing her chosen crop with a better-processed version. Do I just add 3.5" to my crop dimensions, crop, load it into a personal gallery, pretend I'm ordering a canvas and see if the crop/wrap space looks like it produces her chosen crop? Which brings me to the question, is there any way to see a larger version of their chosen crop (not just on the thumbnail)?

Thanks!
Elaine

The order # when asking these questions really, really helps :D

I will go try and find it on your site.

    This is the crop:

Just reprocess the whole image, don't crop it again - and the customer's crop will remain exactly as it is thumb.gif

    You Da Man! Thanks!

The version they cropped from was already slightly cropped. I've reprocessed from the original. Won't that mess up their crop?

    Yes. Recrop after you reupload.

    OK...a little more hand-holding please! rolleyes1.gif
When I re-do the crop, it's the outer crop (wrap included) that I'm establishing, right?
