It's a sad day, but I think it's time to finally part with the ol' Sony. It served me well for a long time. After I upgraded to a DSLR I kept this around for IR shooting. I had intended to mod it for full-time IR but never did. Various accessories going up for sale as well. Would make a great starter kit for someone.

You can find filters that fit this in another thread: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=112665

Shots of individual items can be found here: http://philu.smugmug.com/gallery/6689456_WSvd6/1/426990793_9c3Ca

*** Please ignore my obvious lack of talent for product photos and also the dirty pool table (many a drink has been sacrificed on that table) ***

*** SOLD *** Sony F-717 - Good Condition - $220
The camera still works great - the shots of the filters in the gallery were taken with this camera and the Promaster flash. You can see a few examples of things I've done with it in the past:

It does suffer from a few normal wear & tear scratches (can see them in the individual shots) but everything is functional, tight, & smooth. No rattles, grating, etc. All buttons work as well as they did when it was new. The glass of the lens is perfect.

I covered the IR emitters with black electrical tape because of the IR work I've done. The tape can be removed if you want to use the Nightframing or Nightshot modes.

Included with the camera will be the charger, both batteries (genuine Sony InfoLithium), 2x 256MB Memory Stick Pro, 2x 128MB Memory stick, Memory Stick Carrying case, generic Arca-Swiss style plate (fits well in RRS clamp), original owner's manual and original box.

Promaster 5750DX Flash - Mint Condition - $75
Great flash with quite a bit of power and decent recycle times. Can buy different modules to have it function as a dedicated flash on different cameras. Has dual strobes - secondary works as fill when you're doing bounce flash. As I said above, I used the flash to snap the individual shots of the filters in the gallery.

Promaster Sony Module for 5750DX flash - Mint Condition - $20
The module needed to work with the F-717 camera. This is the older model of the Sonly module. If I remember right, I don't think it'll work with any of the Sonys newer than the F-717

*** SOLD *** Sony RM-VD1 - Remote - Mint Condition - $20
For use on both video and still cameras. On F-717 supports power, zoom, and shutter functions. Comes with bag it is sitting on in the picture.

Sony VCL-HGD0758 - Fair Condition - $100
.7x Wide angle adapter lens. Screws into the 58mm filter threads. Designed to work with the F-717's lens. Together they are quite sharp in use. This one has some imperfections on the glass (which you can see in the individual shots) that were there when I picked up the lens. Never seemed to affect image quality. Also has a couple scuffs and scratches in the paint. These things cause me to mark this as "Fair". Includes lens bag.

I'd of course prefer to sell all as a kit so feel free to make an offer. :deal

Let me know if you have any questions.
